The products listed on the Alighting-IC website have clearly indicated the manufacturer, product model, product description and other information. Please carefully check the product model and manufacturer and other related information before placing an order. After the user successfully places an order, Alighting-IC will purchase and deliver the goods directly according to the order requirements.

 

Acceptance conditions of return and exchange

 

1. If the actual receipt is not in line with the order quantity and model, you can apply for a return within one week after receipt. If the packaging is damaged, please keep the original state and contact immediately. If it is overdue, it will not be accepted.

2. For returned products, please be sure to keep the intact appearance of the original packaging (including outer packaging and inner filler) and ensure that the labels of the goods are intact, and there are no obvious wear and use marks on the product appearance; If it is lost or damaged, you will not be able to enjoy the unconditional return/exchange service.

3. If you apply for a return due to product quality problems, the customer should provide the testing report of an authoritative testing organization as the basis for negotiation between Alighting-IC and the supplier or the original factory. If necessary, a third-party inspection report recognized by both parties shall be provided.

4. Invoiced orders need to be returned after the return application is passed, and we will not bear the postage for the return and related documents.

 

Non-acceptance of return and exchange

 

1. The product is not sold and shipped by Alighting-IC;

2. The original packaging of the product and the label of the goods are damaged or missing;

3. The receipt time is more than one week, (subject to the delivery note/courier receipt date);

4. Lost the issued invoice;

5. The product has been used/tested by customers (except for inherent defects, a third-party inspection report recognized by both parties is required);

6. Problems that cause product quality include but are not limited to: accidents, abuse, unreasonable use, misuse, power problems, failure to use and/or store and/or install products according to product instructions, failure to carry out required preventive maintenance, normal wear and tear, natural disasters, fires, floods, wars, violence or any similar incidents; Problems caused by debugging, repairing or supporting, processing or reselling products by non-Alighting-IC personnel or persons authorized by Alighting-IC, and using parts not supplied by Alighting-IC.

 

Goods return process

 

1. Contact Alighting-IC customer service specialist to give feedback about your goods.

2. After receiving the return application, the customer service staff will accept and contact you within two working days, confirm the problem and provide the inspection report of the authoritative organization recognized by both parties.

3. After confirmation, the customer service staff will examine and approve the return application, and at the same time send an email to your website registration email to inform the details of the return.

You need to send the goods to the designated address as soon as possible after obtaining the consent.

5.Alighting-IC will arrange a refund or re-delivery after receiving the returned goods and checking them correctly.
